Natgas is a leading gas provider in Egypt that delivers gas cylinders to households and businesses across the country. When they approached us, they were looking to improve their customer experience by creating a user-friendly mobile app and web app that would allow users to order and track gas deliveries easily.

We started by conducting user research to gain insights into user behavior and motivations. Based on our findings, we created a prototype of the mobile app and web app that focused on user-centered design and ease of use. We incorporated features that allowed users to order gas cylinders quickly and easily, track their deliveries in real-time, and receive notifications about their orders.
