Ericsson Egypt is a leading provider of telecommunications equipment and services in Egypt. When they approached us, they were looking to improve the user experience of their mobile app, which was designed to help their customers manage their accounts and services. They wanted an app that was intuitive, user-friendly, and provided a seamless experience for their customers.
We started by conducting user research, gathering insights on user pain points and preferences. Based on our findings, we created a prototype of the mobile app that focused on user-centered design and ease of use. We then conducted several iterations based on user feedback, testing and refining the app until we had a solution that met Ericsson’s high standards.
Throughout the development process, we demonstrated agility and flexibility in responding to Ericsson’s changing needs and priorities. We worked closely with their team to ensure that the app met their specific requirements and aligned with their brand values. Our partnership with Ericsson was built on a foundation of collaboration, transparency, and shared goals, resulting in a long-lasting partnership that continues to this day.
